Theme

Designs must reflect the WWIPS mission:
scientific paranormal investigation blended with a spooky, fun, and approachable aesthetic.

Eligibility

• Open to artists of all skill levels, ages 16+.
• International submissions welcome.

Design Requirements

• Artwork must be 100% original and free of copyright infringement.
• Designs should be suitable for printing on hoodies and T‑shirts.
• Submissions may be digital illustrations, hand‑drawn art (scanned), or mixed‑media converted to a digital file.
• Preferred file formats: PNG, JPG, or PDF.
• Maximum file size: 10 MB. (if your file is larger than 10 MB, please email the Info@WWIPS.org

Content Guidelines

• No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory imagery.
• No depictions of real individuals without their permission.
• No explicit gore or graphic violence.
• WWIPS reserves the right to disqualify submissions that do not align with our mission or community standards.

Rights & Usage

• By entering, artists grant WWIPS permission to use their submitted design for promotional purposes, contest announcements, and merchandise production.
• Artists retain full copyright to their work outside of WWIPS usage.
• WWIPS reserves the right to render your art into a suitable graphic.

🥇 1st Place — Grand Prize

• Your design featured on the official WWIPS hoodie and T‑shirt
• One hoodie + one T‑shirt featuring your winning design
• A blue fluorite pendant used for calming the spirits. Hand-crafted by Seattle designer Anita Arora of Sigil Studio, used during our investigation at St. Ignatius Hospital in Colfax

🥈 2nd Place — Runner‑Up

• A WWIPS t shirt of your choice - including the winning design
• A moss agate pendant used to promote communication. Hand-crafted by Anita Arora of Sigil Studio, also used during the St. Ignatius Hospital investigation

🥉 3rd Place — Third Place

• A curated paranormal investigation mini‑kit used at St. Ignatius Hospital, including: 
  • An Amethyst pendulum jar
  • A glow‑in‑the‑dark ghost
  • A captured black rose
